In Philippians 3:1–3, the Apostle Paul explains that having the righteousness of Christ by faith is better, more valuable, than the righteousness that he had previously pursued for all of his life. As Pastor Sonny explains in our study of these verses, true righteousness can only come by faith in Christ and not through any accomplishments of the flesh. If your confidence is not on God, you are standing on shaky ground. God is the only certainty in this world of uncertainty, so your confidence is not on God, you are standing on shaky ground.
